Delivery

The delivery times of our products vary and are specified in the product description field. If you're interested in finding furniture with the shortest delivery time, make sure to explore our "Fast Delivery" section here.

All of our products in Lithuania (places where a cargo minibus can reach) are delivered for free. The furniture can be, too, carried inside - you will only need to order a carry-up service for an additional fee while or after placing your order with us.

Even though our furniture is usually delivered unassembled, it comes with assembly instructions. Should you need extra hands to help with assembling your furniture - we have a list of partners that offer assembly services in Lithuania. You may find their contacts here. Please take note that the prices of assembly services provided by partners depend on each individual situation.

We strive to arrange delivery times that are convenient for you. The day before the delivery, you will receive an SMS with the proposed delivery time, to which you will need to respond YES or NO. If we do not receive a positive response, we will contact you by phone to suggest a more convenient time. On the day of delivery, before arrival, the driver will contact you by the phone number specified in the order.

Payment

  • While purchasing with us, you can make use of the following payment options:
  • Cash on delivery. For your comfort, we offer an opportunity to pay for products with cash - no prepayment is required. A few days after the delivery, we will send you an invoice to the email that you specified in your order.
  • Bank card on delivery. There is always an opportunity to pay with a credit or debit card on the delivery. The driver will hand you the card reader and you will be able to easily scan your card and make the transaction on the spot. A few days after the delivery, we will send you an invoice to the email that you specified in your order.
  • Internet payment. You can pay for your purchases using electronic banking. After choosing the most convenient payment method for you, you will be directed to the corresponding electronic system where you can log in. After logging in, you will receive an automatically generated template for paying the order, which then needs to be confirmed.
  • Mobile and bank card payment. Pay with your credit/debit Visa or Mastercard card, or purchase using mobile payments - Google Pay or Apple Pay.
  • Payment by installments. We are currently cooperating with a leasing company SB LIZINGAS. To learn more about conditions while buying in installments, please contact us.
  • Bank transfer. After choosing the bank transfer method you can pay for your order up until the day of the delivery. The payment must reach our bank before the delivery of your order. During the payment, the order number (e.g. #12XXXXX) has to be written in the reference field.

Return and warranty

All of our products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty and a 365-day money-back guarantee. To initiate a product return, contact us at [email protected] detailing your problem (please attach a picture of a defect). More information and additional conditions can be found in the text below.

365-day money-back guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchased items within 365 calendar days and receive a full refund, and there will be no charge for furniture returns - we will pick them up for free.

If the item is of unsatisfactory quality, we commit to replacing it with a product of suitable quality or refunding the money paid for the item. Refunds will be made to your specified bank account via a bank transfer.

  • Return conditions:
  • - The product has to be in its original packaging (for product inspection you can cut through the packaging tape which holds the packages closed).
  • - The product must not be damaged by the customer.
  • - The product must be in marketable appearance (labels, and safety packaging must not be damaged). Note: This paragraph does not apply if the product is being returned due to poor manufacturing quality.
  • - The product must have all the units and packages, just as it was received.

Take note that assembled products of good quality cannot be returned.

24-month quality guarantee

All furniture comes with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty unless the manufacturer provides a longer warranty period.

Before assembling furniture, we recommend carefully inspecting it and ensuring that the product does not have any visible defects. We also recommend keeping the original packaging. Information about the product model, which is provided on the product packaging, may be required during the warranty service.

  • Warranty validity conditions:
  • - Throughout the assembling process, the customer has to adhere to the assembly instructions.
  • - The product has been used for its intended purpose and maintained according to the specified supervisory rules.
  • - Warranty applies to defects in product quality caused by the fault of the manufacturer and transportation by the seller's transport.
  • The buyer is not eligible for warranty coverage in these instances:
  • - Buyer failed to adhere to furniture maintenance and supervision rules.
  • - The products were damaged by the buyer.
  • - The furniture has not been subjected to any damage due to force majeure events.
  • Warranty claim process:
  • Should you notice any defects during the warranty term, please take pictures and send them to us at [email protected]. The manufacturer will decide whether the warranty will be applied - meaning whether the defect appeared while manufacturing. You will be informed about the manufacturer's decision through the communication channel you've reached out to us to.
